 Beautiful vocals over sunshine-dance-pop-electronica beats, Tina Cousins captivates and warms the soul with her sugar-injected soul and irresistibly bouncy hooks. Quite the looker, too, Tina Cousins delivers modern dance music with all the same features as every other teenybopper out there, but her voice contains the experience and soul that the others don't. I'll give it a B.
