The Working Title
Everyone Here Is Wrong (Redemption)

By: Alex Steininger

Seven songs, thirty minutes of music comprise Everyone Here Is Wrong, the latest from The Working Title. Slightly emo at times, and influenced by punk, The Working Title's real craving is glorious pop songs. Blending the three styles, The Working Title create warm, friendly pop hooks along with an energetic drive, pulling on your heartstrings, giving you both tender moments and moments that make you want to rock out. The vocals soar, the rhythm section takes things to the next level, and the guitars switch off between loud and soft. It's a fine offering from a band that seems to know what they want. Its only drawback is that variety isn't really the album's strong suit, as each song seems to sound similar to the last after awhile. I'll give it a C+.
