 Lonely Starts & Broken Hearts is Epitaph-style pop-punk meets street punk, a burning, fast-paced, shin-kicking sound that flies by you, and if you cover your ears for a few seconds, you just may miss a song. It's hearty in its rhythms - plenty of chunky bass and crashing drums - but also has plenty of buzzing guitars filling out the sound. Then there are the snotty, lightning fast vocals that tear into you. But, while the band plays fast and reckless, they never forget to keep things light and melodic, ensuring this slab of punk rock will stick in your head - and make your ass move. It's the perfect balance of street chaos and pop control. I'll give it a B-.
