 Hard-hitting grooves, heavy guitar force, all built around folk melodies, Purusa's sound is that of a jam band hammering away the rock while staying tender enough to play to the folk crowd. This is versatility all around, ensuring fans of each respective genre they step in will find something to enjoy. Led by the enticing drumming, Purusa's debut EP is schooling on their ability and potential to come. I'll give it a B.
