Strung Out
An American Paradox (Fat Wreck)

 Strung Out's latest continues on with their fine traditional of writing politically-charged, thought provoking lyrics alongside melody-laden songs that go down like sugar and give you the same buzz. With a slight hardcore tint to a few of the songs, and plenty of guitar juice to boast their rock 'n' roll styling, Strung Out nails pop-punk at its core, delivering a fine example of the sub-genre. I'll give it a B.
