Swing, ska, and jazz fans unite because Seven Foot Politic is here! Blending those three well respected art forms into their own, these guys know how to have a grand ol' time. A four-piece hailing from Athens, Georgia, they cook up the night with their tasty blend of everything good. "Next Best Thing," "Do Ya Swing," and "Big Three" are all currently on rotation at Atlanta's WNNX-99X. Not surprising, because these guys are so much fun they are currently the largest drawing local band in their hometown, outdrawing MTV buzz-clip bands like Cracker, Crash Test Dummies, Stabbing Westward, Soul Coughing, and the Tragically Hip.The three tracks on this tape are all great. They make you get up and swing along with the full sound of the horns, while the vocalist commands your attention and drives your feet to further swing. Everything is properly put together, and amounts to a loud of fun! If your into ska, swing, and/or jazz I recommend you check these guys out!
