They Raging, Quiet Army (Self-Starter Foundation)

 Emo-driven indie-rock hardcore, The Detachment Kit try and be muscular and tough, while retaining their emotional edge, but lose themselves in the process. Dissolving melody in their quest to incorporate hardcore into their indie rock sound, They Raging, Quiet Army is an experimental jaunt through indie rock palettes, but never really takes a stand one way or the other, leaving it lost in its own confusion. I'll give it a C.
