 John Fogerty, Patty Griffin, David Johansen, Rodney Crowell, and Nick Lowe, to name a few, pay homage to Cajun music. They put their own roots-country-folk spin on each piece, interpreting it as they hear it translated to roots, delivering spellbinding, artistically new compositions that make you love and respect Cajun music even more (or, for those that don't respect Cajun music, you gain a whole new insight into it). This is creative, inspiring, and downright magical. I'll give it an A.
