Headscan (Noitekk)

By: Jett Black

Beginning with "WYSIWYG" (the slang of web design geeks for, "What You See Is What You Get"), this dozen-track collection reminds me of Psyclon_Nine (another Noitekk artist) performing recently in Portland, Oregon. Processed vocals rages out upon the audience with high energy like a cynobite possessed by Billy Idol screaming obscenities. "BAD RELIGION" weaves like a fizzing dry martini into my blood stream. "HEADSCAN' (title track) infuses a sample from the heated "TRUTH" debate in a courtroom featured in the film A Few Good Men. Why do you want this album? Because you want what every shock-industrial rock DJ and shooting range enthusiast on the planet covets most which is the best in dance floor pounding music to spin as the world outside sinks into oblivion.
