 Stylish and exuding sex appeal, the songs on the self-titled Pitty Sing album are soaring anthems, rock songs that are more than your standard rock fare, incorporating elements of Brit-pop and electronic instrumentation, opening the songs wide open and allowing the band to further explore their creativity, without limiting themselves. The result is a powerful, devilishly poppy rock 'n' roll record that puts other guitar-rock bands to shame. From the melting vocals on "Bleeding Hearts" to the laid-back groove-pop of "Fallen", through the pulsating rock of "Telephone (it would do you good for me to do you wrong)", or the glorious intro of "Radio", which quickly turns into a swimmingly delightful modern-rock-gone-beautiful pop hit. The band has you sitting on the edge of your seat, singing along and feeding off their every move. And it is in that control that their true rock assets begin to shine. I'll give it an A-.
