Poulain

 Poulain, much like Dashboard Confessional, started out as one man's vision and voice, and has expanded to a full-scale band. But, while Dashboard decided to be the poster children for sensitive males nationwide, Poulain opts to go in a more loungy, pop music of the James Bond spy movie era on its four-track offering. The dreamy and wavering melodies found on "For You to Decide" will soothe the soul, as a lush atmosphere of keyboards and acoustic guitar is what makes Poulain give Belle and Sebastian a run for its money.
